1. Collection of Personal Information

The company does not have a separate membership registration process. You may start as a Guest (anonymous account) or link an Apple or Google social login. We collect only the minimum personal information required to provide our services:

• When using as a Guest: anonymous account unique identifier (UID)
• Items collected via social account linking: social account unique identifier (UID), email address
• Items entered directly by the user: nickname (including the Worry circle anonymous nickname), child's age and developmental stage details, country code (Worry circle)
• When using the relevant feature: growth records and parental notes, record photos, voice recordings, Worry circle posts/comments/attached images, and community-rules consent records

* The company does not provide a separate sign-up feature and does not collect or store passwords.
* The company does not separately collect or store IP addresses, cookies, service usage records, or device details.
* Switching a Guest to an already-used social account can change the UID, so Guest data may not appear on the new account. If an account conflict occurs, we block the conversion and show a notice. Linking a new account succeeds only when the existing UID is preserved.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

The collected personal information is used for the following purposes:

• Execution of contracts and billing for service provision.
• User identification and management (preserving Guest UID, identity verification via Apple/Google social login linking, prevention of unauthorized use).
• Service improvement and personalization (custom daily missions, 'Director's Notes' reports, converting voice records into text, converting record photos into AI illustrations).
• Operating Worry circle (anonymous posts and comments, content-safety review, report handling, and managing community-rules consent and withdrawal).

3. Retention and Period of Use

The company destroys personal information immediately after a user requests account unlinking/deletion or after the purpose of collection is achieved. However, when required by relevant laws and regulations, the information is stored for specified periods:

• Records on contract cancellations: 5 years.
• Records on payments and supply of goods: 5 years.
• Records on customer complaints and dispute resolutions: 3 years.
• Worry circle posts, comments, and attached images: until you delete them or delete your account.
• Community-rules consent records: until withdrawal or account deletion.
• Guest data: deleted from the device if you log out as a Guest without linking an account.

4. Destruction Procedures and Methods

In principle, the company immediately destroys personal information when it is no longer required. The procedures and methods are:

• Procedure: The information provided or entered for social login linking and service use is transferred to a separate database and stored for a set period based on internal policies and laws before deletion.
• Method: Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that make restoration impossible. Paper printouts are shredded or incinerated.

5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

Users can view, edit, or request unlinking/deletion of their personal information at any time via the in-app settings or the account deletion request page. You can review or withdraw Worry circle community-rules consent in your profile, and delete posts or comments you wrote. You may refuse consent to transmit data for AI features (reports, voice transcription, illustration) before using them. You may also contact the Privacy Officer via email for immediate assistance.

6. Overseas Transfer and Consignment of Personal Information Processing

To provide services, AI features, and Worry circle safety review, the Company consigns personal information processing and transfers data overseas as follows. Data is sent only when you use the relevant feature or request a post.
