UpToTen

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of the mobile application and services (collectively the "Services") operated by UpToTen ("Company") and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions used herein are as follows:

• Service: Refers to all mobile applications, web pages, and solutions provided under the name 'UpToTen'.
• User: Refers to both members and non-members who access and utilize the Services.
• Member: Refers to users who register accounts and accept these terms to continuously utilize the Services.
• Guest: A user who uses the Services with an anonymous account without linking a Google or Apple account.
• Linked account: A member who connects a Guest or existing account to a Google or Apple social account and continues using the Services under the same identifier (UID).
• Worry circle: The community feature for sharing a child's concerns and a parent's concerns anonymously, including posts and comments.

Article 3 (Validity and Revisions)

The Company displays these terms on the service screen for accessibility. The Company may revise these terms under applicable laws. Revisions will be notified at least 7 days in advance (30 days for major changes affecting user rights).

Article 4 (Services Offered)

The Company offers the following features to users:

• Tailored daily parenting missions and instructions (Stage).
• Developmental milestones and roadmap guides (The Script).
• Saving and managing growth milestones in a digital album (Encore).
• Mindcare and masterclass content for parents (Backstage).
• AI-generated weekly child developmental reports (Director's Notes).
• Converting a growth-record photo into an AI illustration.
• Worry circle (anonymous posts and comments about a child's concerns and a parent's concerns).

* To provide AI features, data within the scope you consent to is transmitted to and processed by Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini API). What is sent depends on the feature: (1) growth reports: child's age/developmental stage, growth records, and parental notes; (2) voice records: the recording file; (3) AI illustration: the selected record photo; (4) Worry circle safety review: post/comment text and attached images. Transmitted data is not used for AI model training under Google Cloud's terms of service and is processed solely to provide the relevant feature. You may refuse consent before using each feature; refusal may limit that AI feature.

Article 5 (Account Management, Guest Conversion, and Security)

Users are responsible for securing their linked accounts (Apple or Google social accounts). The Company is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized use or leaked credentials unless there is proven negligence or intentional misconduct by the Company. Inform support immediately if security is breached.

• Guests may use the Services without linking a social account. Linking a Guest to a new account succeeds only when the existing UID is preserved. In that case, Guest data remains on the linked account.
• Switching to an already-used social account can change the UID, so Guest data may not appear on the new account. If an account conflict occurs, the Company blocks the conversion and shows a notice. Guest data is not automatically merged into an already-used account.
• Writing posts or comments in Worry circle is available only on a linked account. Guests must link an account before they can post, even if they can browse.

Article 6 (Worry circle and Community Rules)

Worry circle is a space to share a child's concerns and a parent's concerns anonymously. Posts and comments are shown anonymously; real names, contact details, and identifying information about a child are not disclosed.

• Posting and commenting is open only to linked accounts and requires consent to the in-app community rules before publishing. This consent is for the app's posting rules and content-safety process, not for Google Play or App Store policies themselves.
• You can review or withdraw this consent in your profile. After withdrawal, new posts and comments are restricted. Content already published may remain until you delete it or delete your account.
• You must not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, child exploitation, violence, illegal activity, spam, or content that infringes others' rights. Do not disclose personal information such as names, contact details, or addresses of a child or family members.
• For safety, posts, comments, and attached images go through automatic review on Google Cloud. Reported content may be reviewed by operators and removed, restricted, or blocked.
• This article is based on Google Play's requirement for in-app consent before user-generated content is posted and on Apple's App Store Review Guidelines for user-generated content safety.

Rights and responsibility for content you post in Worry circle remain with you. The Company may review and take action on content as needed under applicable law and these community rules.

Article 7 (Disclaimers)

The Company is exempt from liability for service disruptions due to natural disasters, acts of war, system errors, or force majeure events. Furthermore, the Company does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or safety of user-submitted growth data. AI reports, AI illustrations, and automated review results are for reference only and do not replace professional medical, counseling, or legal advice.
