Sai01Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Sai app and sign in.
- Tap Me in the bottom bar, then open My page.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
- Review the notice and tap Schedule deletion. You will be signed out and deletion will be scheduled.

02Timeline and recovery

| Days 30–90 | The account can no longer be restored in the app. Data stays securely stored until deletion. |
| 90 days after the request | The account and all data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered (processed daily). |
Guest users — Guest accounts have no grace period. Signing out via Me › My page › Sign out immediately and permanently deletes the guest data on that device.
03If you can't use the app (email request)
If you have already removed the app or cannot sign in, request deletion by email or via the contact form.

- Include: your sign-in method (Google, Apple or phone) and the account's email address or phone number, plus your UID if you know it
To verify your identity we may reply to the email address on the account or ask for additional confirmation. Once verified, we process the deletion within 7 business days and confirm by email. Email requests follow the same timeline (restorable for 30 days, permanently deleted after 90); if you want immediate permanent deletion, please say so in your request.
04What gets deleted
- Account: sign-in links (Google, Apple, phone) and UID
- Profile: nickname, character, MBTI, personality tags
- Relationships, emotion entries (including Trash), one-line notes, personal diary
- AI relationship reports, persona analyses, healing action history, Mind Talk messages
- Article bookmarks, notes and view history
- AI credit balance and history, consent records and app settings
To delete only part of your data without deleting your account, you can delete entries, relationships (with their entries and reports), reports and notes individually in the app.
05What may remain
- Usage statistics and crash logs: kept in a form not directly linked to your account and deleted automatically after the retention periods of Google Analytics (up to 14 months) and Crashlytics (up to 90 days).
- Advertising data: kept by Google AdMob under its own policies; resetting your device's advertising ID breaks the link.
- Support inquiries: kept for 1 year after resolution, then deleted.
- Legal obligations: information that the law requires us to keep is stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.
06Notes
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
- If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also stop using Apple sign-in with Sai in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple.
- You can sign up again later with the same Google or Apple account or phone number, but previous data will not be restored.
