Terms of Service

01Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Sai mobile app and related website (the “Service”), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and the Service.

02Definitions

• Service: the Sai app and website that let users add relationships, record feelings, and use AI results and articles
• User: members and guests who agree to these Terms and use the Service
• Member: a user who created an account by signing in with Google, Apple or a phone number
• Guest: a user who uses the Service with a temporary account without signing up
• Content: relationship details, entries, diary and notes entered by users, and AI results generated from them
• AI credits: free in-app points used for AI features

03Effect and changes

These Terms take effect when posted in the app or on the website and accepted by you. We may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce changes at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

04Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service (or older if required by the laws of your country).
• You can start with Google, Apple, phone verification or guest access. Guests can become members later by linking a Google or Apple account.
• Signing out of guest mode deletes that data immediately, and it cannot be recovered.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure, and must not use another person's account or phone number.

05The Service

• Adding relationships, per-person emotion entries, one-line notes, a personal diary, emotion timelines and summaries
• AI features such as relationship reports, AI persona (Me in Relation) and Mind Talk
• Reading, bookmarking and taking notes on articles
• Granting and using AI credits, daily check-ins and rewarded ads

The Service is generally available 24/7, but may be suspended in whole or in part for maintenance, outages or updates. We may add, change or discontinue features for operational or technical reasons and will give advance notice of changes that significantly affect users.

06Nature of AI features and results

• AI results are reference information generated automatically from your entries. They do not replace medical or psychological diagnosis, counseling, treatment or professional advice.
• AI results may be inaccurate or not fit your situation, and they do not represent the actual thoughts or intentions of the people you add. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.
• If you or someone else is at risk of harm or you are in crisis, do not rely on the Service—contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.

07AI credits

• AI credits are granted free of charge (welcome bonus, daily check-ins, rewarded ads) and cannot be purchased, refunded, exchanged for money or transferred.
• A set number of credits is deducted for each AI feature. If an AI request fails, no credits are deducted or they are refunded.
• Amounts, costs and daily limits may change as the Service evolves; changes will be shown in the app.
• Credits obtained by improper means (automation tools, ad manipulation, multiple accounts, etc.) may be revoked.
• Remaining credits are forfeited when your account is permanently deleted.

08Your content

• You retain the rights to the content you enter. We use it only as needed to provide the Service, such as storing and syncing it and generating the AI results you request.
• We do not publish your content or share it with other users.
• When recording information about others, respect their privacy and avoid entering details that identify them, such as real names, contact information or ID numbers.

09Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use another person's account, phone number or personal information, or register false information
• Use the Service or its AI features to harass or defame others or to generate unlawful content
• Copy, distribute, modify or reverse-engineer the Service's code, design or articles without permission
• Obtain credits or rewards unfairly through automation, ad fraud or manipulated views
• Interfere with the Service, for example by overloading servers or bypassing security measures

If a violation is confirmed, we may restrict use or suspend the account after notice (or with notice afterwards in urgent cases).

10Advertising

The Service shows ads to stay free. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and the products or services they offer, and the Service is not a party to transactions between you and advertisers. Personalized ads are governed by our Privacy Policy.

11Intellectual property

Rights to the app, design, characters, logo, articles and other works created by the Service belong to the Service or their rightful owners. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

12Termination

• You may terminate at any time by requesting account deletion via Me › My page › Delete account.
• Within 30 days of the request you can sign in again and tap “Restore account” to recover it; 90 days after the request all data is permanently deleted.
• If we discontinue the Service, we will announce it in the app or on the website at least 30 days in advance.

13Limitation of liability

• We are not liable when we cannot provide the Service due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, DDoS attacks or failures of cloud or telecom providers.
• The Service is provided free of charge. We are not liable for damage caused by the user's own fault, for outcomes of decisions you make based on AI results, or for disputes between users or between users and third parties.
• This does not limit liability for damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably via moonshot5730@gmail.com; any lawsuit will be brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

These Terms are effective as of October 5, 2026.
