Can I use it without signing in? Yes, you can start right away as a guest. To keep your records if you log out or change devices, link a Google or Apple account.

How do I connect with my partner? In the app, open “Connect with your partner,” then share your invite code or enter your partner’s code. Connect only when both of you agree.

Is the massage guidance medical advice? No. It is general wellness information, and the acupoint content has not been reviewed by a medical professional. If you are pregnant or have a condition or injury, talk to a professional first.

What if it hurts during a massage? Stop right away. We recommend a comfortable pressure of pain 3/10 or less.

I want to delete my account and data. You can do it in the app under Profile › Account › Delete account. For records on our servers, see the account deletion page.
