Account Deletion

Delete in the app (recommended)

Couple Massage app → Profile → Account → Delete account

Deleting ends the partner connection and removes your sign-in account and the records, credits, and settings stored on your device. It cannot be undone. If you use the app as a guest, the same menu deletes all data on this device.

Request deletion of server records

Records stored on our servers that are linked to your account (profile, favorites, massage records, and your entries in shared records) are deleted by the Operator on request. Please use the form below.

So that we can find your account, include the email of the Google or Apple account you linked. You can send a request even if you cannot use the app or have already deleted your account in the app. Guests have no email, so some records may not be identifiable; please include as much information as you can.

The Operator verifies your identity, deletes the records, and replies with the result. Never send passwords, verification codes, or ID documents.

Data that is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email, sign-in method, UID) and your profile and settings
• Favorites, course view and attempt records, and massage records
• Partner connection details and your entries in shared records
• Records, credits, and settings stored on this device (when you delete in the app)

Information that may remain

Content created by your partner belongs to your partner’s account and is not deleted by your request. Analytics and Crashlytics statistics are deleted automatically under Google’s retention settings.

A request on this web page does not remotely delete data stored on your device. Delete it inside the app or uninstall the app.
