Terms of Use

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms set the conditions for using the Couple Massage app and related web pages (the “Service”) provided by moonshot (the “Operator”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides:

• Step-by-step massage course guides by time and body area
• Acupoint locations and pressing instructions for each body area
• Partner connection and sharing of short notes and records after a massage
• Profile, favorites, massage records, and language and notification settings

The Operator may change, add, or end features to improve the Service.

3. Not medical advice

All content in the Service is general wellness information and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. The acupoint content has not been reviewed by a medical professional.

If you are pregnant, injured, have a medical condition, or have ongoing pain, consult a medical professional before giving or receiving a massage. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, numbness, or anything unusual. You give massages following the guides at your own judgment and responsibility.

4. Guest use and accounts

You can use the app right away as a guest, in which case an anonymous user ID is created automatically. Linking a Google or Apple account lets you keep your records.

You are responsible for your own account. When a guest logs out, the records, credits, and settings on that device are deleted and cannot be recovered.

5. Partner connection

Partners connect with an invite code, and you should connect only when both people agree. Connect only with someone you know.

Notes you send and records you complete together are visible to your partner. Either person can end the connection at any time.

Give massages only with the other person’s consent, and do not use the Service to harass or pressure anyone.

6. User conduct

You must follow the law and these terms, and you must not:

• Use another person’s account or invite code, or misuse the Service
• Disrupt the Service or its servers, or reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Offend others or infringe their rights

7. Intellectual property

Rights in the Service’s text, illustrations, design, and other content belong to the Operator. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy or distribute its content without permission.

8. Changes and interruptions

The Service may be interrupted by natural disasters, system failures, or outages of external services such as Google Firebase. If the Operator ends the whole Service, it will give notice in advance and explain how you can delete your account and data.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile › Account › Delete account. To have records stored on our servers deleted, follow the account deletion page.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and unless caused by the Operator’s intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for discomfort or injury arising from massages you perform using the guides, or for damages arising from use of the Service, which is provided free of charge.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence are not affected.
