1. Information We Collect and Store

Stock Principles ("we", "our", or "us") collects and stores the following information when you use our service:

• Authentication & Identification: The Service does not provide a custom email/password sign-up system. We authenticate users through third-party social logins (Google, Apple) and phone number quick logins. We only collect the necessary identifiers, email addresses, or phone numbers provided by these login providers.
• User-Generated Data: Trading logs (date, stock ticker, price, quantity, emotion/reflection, scrap notes/themes, and image files uploaded by the user). *Notice: This data is securely stored (in Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage) solely for your own recording and retrieval purposes. The company does not access, analyze, or utilize this data for any commercial purposes.
• Automatically Collected Information: We do not collect or store your IP address, cookies, or detailed service usage history on our servers.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information only for the following limited purposes:

• Authenticating and managing accounts through Google, Apple, or phone number quick login.
• Storing and backing up your trading logs and uploaded files on Firebase (Firestore and Storage) to allow secure remote access and retrieval.
• Sending service announcements and responding to customer support inquiries.

3. Data Retention and Destruction

In principle, we immediately destroy all personal information upon account deletion. All data stored in Firebase (including account info, trading logs, and uploaded files) is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion. Any data required by applicable laws is kept for the statutory period.

• Account & Service Data: Until account deletion.
• Consumer Disputes/Complaints Records: 3 years.

4. Methods of Data Destruction

When the retention period expires or purpose is achieved, personal information is destroyed as follows:

• Electronic files: Permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent data recovery.
• Paper printouts: Shredded or incinerated.

5. User Rights and Choices

You can request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of your personal data at any time. This can be processed through the settings menu inside the app or by sending an email to support@zeninvestor.app.
