Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of the PickFruit mobile app and related website (the "Service") provided by moonshot (the "Operator"), and set out the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.

2. Effect and changes

These terms take effect when posted in the app or on the website and when you use the Service. The Operator may change them within the limits of applicable law and will announce changes and the effective date at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). If you disagree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

3. The Service

• Seasonal fruit guide by country and month, tips for choosing and storing fruit
• Basket, storage and eating logs, freshness calendar, price reports
• "Fruit Talk", a community for sharing fruit purchases and prices

The Service is free. Information about seasons, prices, nutrition and storage is for reference only and may vary by region, variety and storage conditions. The Operator does not guarantee its accuracy or fitness for any purpose.

4. Accounts

You can use the Service as a guest without signing in. Guest records are tied to an anonymous account on your device and can't be recovered if you delete the app or change devices.

Signing in with Apple, Google or email makes you a member. Email members must verify their email before posting on Fruit Talk. Keep your account secure; do not impersonate others or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

The Service is intended for users aged 14 and over. Children under 14 may not create a member account.

5. Fruit Talk and your content

Posting text, comments or photos on Fruit Talk requires a member sign-in and agreement to the community guidelines. The nickname you choose is visible to other users.

You keep the rights to content you post. You grant the Operator a free, non-exclusive license to store, display and distribute it within the Service (including in-app sharing) and to adapt its format as needed to operate the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Only post content you have the right to share. You are responsible for the content you post.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Profanity, insults, hate or discrimination, harassment or threats
• Sexual, violent or disturbing images or text
• Advertising, spam, external links, scams or illegal trading
• Fake prices or misleading information
• Posting other people's personal information (phone, address) or photos without consent
• Promoting illegal goods or dangerous activities
• Circumventing or disrupting the Service or its security rules, or bulk use by automated means

The Operator has zero tolerance for objectionable content and users who repeatedly post it.

7. Reporting, blocking and enforcement

You can report posts and comments or block their authors from the ⋯ menu. Blocking hides that user's posts and comments immediately.

The Operator reviews reported content within 24 hours. Violating content is removed, and the author may be restricted from posting or permanently banned. Content reported by several users may be hidden automatically until reviewed. The Operator may cooperate with authorities when illegal activity is suspected.

8. Changes to and suspension of the Service

The Operator may change, add or end features to improve the Service. If the entire Service ends, we will give 30 days' notice and explain how to delete your account and data. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to disasters, system failures or outages of external services such as Google Firebase.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile › Account › Delete account (guests: "Delete all my data"). Your account and related data are deleted as described on the Delete account page; this cannot be undone.

10. Limitation of liability

The Operator does not intervene in and is not responsible for transactions or disputes between users or between users and sellers. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of this free Service, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
