거트로그(GutLog) 앱 설치 상태라면, 앱 내에서 직접 회원 탈퇴 및 데이터 삭제 처리를 즉시 진행할 수 있습니다.
※ 앱을 통해 회원 탈퇴를 진행하면, 축적되었던 피부/두피 분석 리포트 데이터와 명상/수면 기록이 복구 불가능한 상태로 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.
앱을 이미 기기에서 제거하셨거나 다른 사유로 앱 진입이 어려운 경우, 아래 이메일 주소로 데이터 삭제를 신청하실 수 있습니다.
※ 이메일 삭제 요청 접수 시, 본인 확인(인증 이메일 재전송 등)을 거쳐 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 데이터 영구 파기 처리가 완료되며, 완료 즉시 회신 이메일을 드립니다.
회원 탈퇴 및 삭제 처리가 승인되면 거트로그(GutLog) 데이터베이스에서 아래의 정보가 즉시 파기됩니다.
※ 단, 관련 법령(예: 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)에 의해 별도로 보존이 필요한 기록은 법적 기간만큼 엄격히 분리 보관한 후 완전 파기합니다.
If you have the GutLog app installed, you can delete your account and clear your data instantly from the app settings:
※ Deleting your account from the app will permanently and **instantly purge** all your skin/scalp analysis reports, sleep, and meditation records. This action cannot be undone.
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request manual data deletion by contacting our support team:
※ After verifying your identity (via a verification email/OTP confirmation), all your data will be permanently purged **within 7 business days**. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
Upon account deletion approval, the following data is permanently purged from the GutLog databases:
※ Note: Data that must be preserved under applicable legal requirements (such as records related to consumer complaints under e-commerce laws) will be segregated and stored for the statutory period before being permanently deleted.
GutLogアプリがインストールされている状態であれば、アプリ内で直接退会およびデータ削除処理を即座に行うことができます。
※ アプリでアカウント削除を行うと、蓄積された肌/頭皮分析レポートデータ、睡眠、瞑想の記録が復旧不可能な状態で**即時に永久削除**されます。
アプリをすでにアンインストールされている場合や、その他の理由でアプリにログインできない場合は、下記メールアドレスへデータ削除を申請することができます。
※ メールで削除リクエストを受領後、本人確認 (確認メールの返信など) を経て、**営業日基準で7日以内**にデータが永久に削除され、完了後に返信メールをお送りします。
退会およびデータ削除処理が完了すると、GutLogのデータベースから以下の情報が即時に永久破棄されます：
※ 関係法令 (電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律など) の規定に基づき、一定期間保管が義務付けられているデータは、法令で定められた期間厳重に分離保管された後に完全に破棄されます。
若您的裝置已安裝 GutLog App，可直接在 App 內立即辦理帳號註銷及資料刪除處理：
※ 透過 App 進行帳號註銷時，您累積的皮膚/頭皮分析報告資料、睡眠與冥想紀錄將處於無法復原之狀態，並立即永久刪除。
若您已將 App 從裝置中解除安裝，或因其他原因無法登入 App，可寄信至下方電子郵件地址申請刪除資料：
※ 收到電子郵件刪除申請後，經身份驗證程序（確認驗證郵件等），將於7 個工作天內完成資料永久銷毀，並於完成後寄發確認信件。
帳號註銷與資料刪除申請核准後，GutLog 資料庫將立即銷毀下列資訊：
※ 但依相關法規（例如電子商務消費者保護相關法規）需另行保存之紀錄，將於法定期間內嚴格獨立保管後予以完全銷毀。
Wenn die GutLog-App auf Ihrem Gerät installiert ist, können Sie Ihr Konto und alle Daten direkt in der App löschen:
※ Durch die Kontolöschung in der App werden alle gespeicherten Haut- und Kopfhautanalyseberichte, Schlaf- und Meditationsaufzeichnungen unwiderruflich und sofort dauerhaft gelöscht.
Falls Sie die App bereits deinstalliert haben oder sich nicht anmelden können, richten Sie Ihre Löschanfrage bitte per E-Mail an uns:
※ Nach Bestätigung Ihrer Identität werden Ihre Daten innerhalb von 7 Werktagen endgültig gelöscht. Eine Bestätigung erhalten Sie per E-Mail.
Nach erfolgter Kontolöschung werden folgende Daten dauerhaft aus der GutLog-Datenbank entfernt:
※ Daten, die aufgrund gesetzlicher Bestimmungen aufbewahrt werden müssen, werden für die vorgeschriebene Frist gesondert aufbewahrt und danach vollständig vernichtet.
Si tiene instalada la aplicación GutLog, puede eliminar su cuenta y borrar sus datos al instante desde la propia app:
※ Al tramitar la baja desde la app, todos sus informes de análisis de piel y cuero cabelludo, así como sus registros de sueño y meditación se eliminarán de inmediato y de forma permanente sin posibilidad de recuperación.
Si ya ha desinstalado la app o no puede acceder a ella por cualquier motivo, puede solicitar la supresión de sus datos enviando un correo a:
※ Tras verificar su identidad, sus datos serán eliminados permanentemente en un plazo de 7 días hábiles, remitiéndole un correo de confirmación al concluir el proceso.
Una vez completada la baja, se eliminarán de las bases de datos de GutLog:
※ Los datos cuya conservación sea exigida por imperativo legal se conservarán bloqueados durante los plazos legales obligatorios antes de su destrucción definitiva.
