1. Immediate Deletion via App Settings (Recommended & Instant)

If you have the GutLog app installed, you can delete your account and clear your data instantly from the app settings:

• Open the GutLog app and log in.
• Go to [Settings] on the top right.
• Tap the [Delete Account] button.
• Review the warning prompts and confirm account deletion.

※ Deleting your account from the app will permanently and **instantly purge** all your skin/scalp analysis reports, sleep, and meditation records. This action cannot be undone.

2. Manual Deletion Request via Email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request manual data deletion by contacting our support team:

• Support Email: moonshot5730@gmail.com
• Information to Include:
  • Registered account identifier (Google login email or verified phone number).
  • Your unique User ID (UID - if known).
  • Requested Action (e.g., Request to delete my GutLog account and all related data).

※ After verifying your identity (via a verification email/OTP confirmation), all your data will be permanently purged **within 7 business days**. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.

3. Scope of Data Purged

Upon account deletion approval, the following data is permanently purged from the GutLog databases:

• Social login linkage credentials and phone verification records.
• All saved skin measurements, scalp analysis data, and related photos.
• Sleep patterns, mental scores, and meditation history.
• Push notification preferences and general app configurations.

※ Note: Data that must be preserved under applicable legal requirements (such as records related to consumer complaints under e-commerce laws) will be segregated and stored for the statutory period before being permanently deleted.
