본 약관은 핑키뱅크(이하 '서비스')가 제공하는 애플리케이션 및 관련 서비스의 이용조건 및 절차, 이용자와 서비스 간의 권리, 의무, 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

본 약관은 서비스 내에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 회원에게 공시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 합리적인 사유가 발생할 경우 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정된 약관은 공시 기간을 거쳐 효력이 발생합니다.
서비스는 업무상 또는 기술상 특별한 지장이 없는 한 연중무휴, 1일 24시간 제공함을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만, 설비 점검, 시스템 복구, 서비스 업데이트 등 운영상의 필요에 따라 서비스 제공의 일부 또는 전부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 서비스 이용 시 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
서비스 제공자는 천재지변, 전쟁, 국가비상사태, 디도스(DDoS) 공격, 서버 호스팅 업체의 장애 등 불가항력적인 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 또한 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 면합니다.
서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁에 대한 소송은 서비스 제공자의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다.
1. 서비스는 이용자가 따뜻한 감정과 응원의 메시지를 익명으로 다른 이용자에게 전달하거나 수신할 수 있는 '익명 메모 전달' 기능을 제공합니다.
2. 이용자가 서비스 내에 게시하거나 전달하는 모든 텍스트 및 콘텐츠(이하 '사용자 생성 콘텐츠' 또는 'UGC')에 대한 법적 책임은 해당 콘텐츠를 작성한 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the conditions of use, procedures, rights, duties, and responsibilities between the user and Pinky Bank (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") regarding the mobile application and related services.

These Terms become effective upon being published within the Service or disclosed by other means. The Service may revise these Terms in accordance with applicable laws, and revised terms will take effect after a specified notice period.
In principle, the Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special operational or technical hindrance. However, the Service may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for regular maintenance, system recovery, or updates.

サービス利用に関連して発生した紛争に関する訴訟は、サービス提供者の本社所在地を管轄する裁判所を合意管轄裁判所とします。
1. 本サービスは、利用者が温かい感情や励ましのメッセージを匿名で他の利用者と送受信できる「匿名メモ配信」機能を提供します。
2. 利用者が本サービス内に投稿または送信するすべてのテキストおよびコンテンツ（以下「ユーザー生成コンテンツ」または「UGC」）に関する法的責任は、当該コンテンツを作成した利用者自身に帰属します。

因使用本服務而產生之爭議訴訟，雙方合意以服務提供商總公司所在地之管轄法院為第一審管轄法院。

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzungsbedingungen und -verfahren der von Pinky Bank (nachfolgend „Dienst“) bereitgestellten mobilen Anwendung und zugehörigen Dienste sowie die Rechte, Pflichten und Verantwortlichkeiten zwischen dem Nutzer und dem Dienst.

Der Diensteanbieter haftet nicht für Unterbrechungen der Dienstleistung aufgrund von Ereignissen höherer Gewalt (z. B. Naturkatastrophen, Krieg, Notstände, DDoS-Angriffe oder Ausfälle von Server-Hosting-Providern). Für Störungen, die vom Nutzer selbst zu vertreten sind, ist die Haftung des Anbieters ebenfalls ausgeschlossen.
Für alle Streitigkeiten, die sich aus oder im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung des Dienstes ergeben, gilt als Gerichtsstand das für den Geschäftssitz des Diensteanbieters zuständige Gericht.
